Job summary

Perdue Farms' Perdue Foods division seeks a skilled Multi Craft Maintenance Technician for 2nd shift to keep plant operations safe, efficient, and reliable. You will support across departments, prevent issues, and drive continuous improvement with strong problem-solving and hands-on expertise.

This role offers a wage range of $32.25–$48.25 per hour, plus annual bonus potential and a comprehensive benefits package. Overtime may be available.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in industrial maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs.
• Expert proficiency in hydraulics, mechanics, electrical, PLC, welding and rigging.
• QEW certification maintained.

Responsibilities

• Perform extraordinarily complex technical tasks and decision-making.
• Demonstrate Maintenance Tech III proficiency within 10 months of hire.
• Troubleshoot PLC interactions with PLC hardware and controls.
• Repair and maintain complex machinery, analyze root causes and document reports.
