Job summary

Dal-Tile, a Mohawk Industries subsidiary, is seeking an experienced industrial maintenance electrician for our manufacturing operations. You will handle complex mechanical duties and a variety of electrical trade functions including installation, maintenance, and repair of power systems on the plant floor.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting PLCs, designing and modifying programs, and ensuring equipment runs safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; knowledge of electrical code.
• Associate degree in industrial electronics preferred; PLC training encouraged.
• 4+ years industrial maintenance experience and 2 years industrial electrical experience; basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot PLCs and electrical systems in a manufacturing setting.
• Install, maintain, repair, and replace electrical equipment and PLCs.
• Design and redesign PLC programs and operator panels.
• Read blueprints and understand procedures in English.
• Use voltmeters/amps to test motors and circuits; ensure safety and efficiency.
• Lead improvement projects to increase productivity and reduce costs.
