Job summary

Adecco in Nashua, NH is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support safe, efficient operation of facility systems and production equipment. You will troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and implement improvements across the plant.

Work with Operations, Engineering, EHS, and other teams to identify issues, determine root causes, and implement long-term solutions that boost reliability and productivity.

Qualifications

• Experience with mechanical and electrical/electronic systems.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment including pumps, rollers, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
• Experience troubleshooting PLC-controlled equipment and HMIs.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on maintenance in an industrial manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems.
• Maintain and repair industrial equipment, including rollers, pumps, ventilation, exhaust systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair automated equipment controlled by PLCs and HMIs.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Diagnose equipment failures and use root cause analysis to implement long-term solutions.
• Support continuous improvement projects focused on safety, efficiency, and equipment performance.
• Collaborate with Operations, Engineering, EHS, Security, and other departments on maintenance activities.
