Job summary

Superior Metal Technologies is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Tech for our 120,000 sq ft paint and anodizing facility. You will implement policies, drive improvements, and maintain safety while operating power tools and equipment.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial maintenance and metal finishing experience is preferred; expect daily repairs and preventive maintenance, with after-hours on-call as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Minimum of 2 years working in a metal finishing production environment (preferred).
• Ability to safely operate power tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Daily breakdown repairs of equipment.
• Preventive maintenance on equipment.
• On call for after hours as needed.
• Communicate inventory and supplies required for daily job.
