Job summary

Specialty Coating Systems is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to perform preventive maintenance and repairs on coating center equipment. This role ensures plant areas and equipment stay functional, clean, and safe, with stock control for spare parts and materials.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED and 1+ year in industrial maintenance. On-site work with adherence to safety policies is required, and basic Excel skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required and technical coursework preferred.
• 1+ years of industrial maintenance experience required.
• Apprenticeship or technical training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and general maintenance on production and engineering equipment.
• Install equipment, work tables and tools as needed.
• Maintain calibration records and measurement equipment.
• Follow MSPs and site instructions from Operations Manager.
• Keep maintenance logs, checklists and neat work areas.
• Order materials to ensure production equipment operates efficiently.
