Job summary

Helion Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join a busy manufacturing facility in Magnolia, MS. This hands-on role covers mechanical and electrical maintenance, with a balance of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

You will diagnose and repair conveyors, rollers, bearings, shafts, chains, belts, drives, pumps, and lift systems, and address 480V electrical systems including 3-phase motors. Collaboration with production ensures safe, efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Must have strong mechanical aptitude and experience in industrial maintenance.
• Comfortable troubleshooting electrical systems with a meter.
• Experience with 480V / 3-phase motors is preferred.
• Able to troubleshoot both mechanical and electrical equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, rollers, bearings, shafts, chains, belts, drives, pumps, and lift systems.
• Troubleshoot electrical systems up to 480V, including 3-phase motors, sensors, wiring.
• Perform preventative maintenance, inspections, lubrication, repairs, and equipment alignment.
• Maintain equipment including corrugators, printing presses, gluers, rotary die cutters, slotters/scorers, conveyors, and stackers.
• Work with production to troubleshoot equipment issues and keep operations running safely and efficiently.
