Job summary

Wayne-Sanderson Farms in Georgia is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to assist in maintaining and repairing mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and conveying systems in a poultry processing plant. You will perform preventative and predictive maintenance using blueprints and diagrams to ensure equipment runs within specifications.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work unsupervised and flexible hours

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Pass NOCTI Mechanical/Electrical Level 1 test.

Responsibilities

• Repair and perform preventative maintenance on mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and conveying systems.
• Identify root causes, perform repairs or notify when needed.
• Follow safety policies and wear PPE.
• Maintain blueprints and manuals; work unsupervised as required.
• Support compliance with company policies and regulations.
