• Must comply with all food safety and GMP requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Repair production machinery and facility equipment.
• Inspect, diagnose, and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance to optimize machine performance.
• Assess repairs for short- and long-term needs, identifying parts and tools.
• Adjust equipment and controls to improve performance and product quality.
• Prioritize repairs based on equipment criticality and production needs.
• Communicate status and actions with supervisors across shifts.
• Maintain 5S in maintenance shop and plant areas.
• Complete maintenance reports, logs, PM records, and work orders.
