Job summary

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma (technical certification preferred) and proven experience in manufacturing maintenance, with strong safety awareness and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical cert preferred.
• Proven maintenance technician experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
• Welding (MIG/TIG), fabrication, and machining skills.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/overtime as needed.
• Background check and pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.
