Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience required.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills; knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical assemblies.
• Ability to perform basic electrical troubleshooting
• Welding and fabrication experience a plus
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility utilities.
• Diagnose issues with motors, gearboxes, pumps, conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct electrical troubleshooting (basic to intermediate), including sensors, switches, and control wiring.
• Read and interpret mechanical drawings, schematics, and manuals.
• Perform equipment adjustments, changeovers, and improvements to support production goals.
• Maintain accurate maintenance logs and documentation.
• Ensure all work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with production team to minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability
