The role requires 3+ years in industrial maintenance, knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics, and the ability to work at heights and around molten metal. Full-time, on-site with shift flexibility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Ability to work from heights, in confined spaces, and around molten metals.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on rolling mill equipment and related machinery.
• Troubleshoot malfunctions and implement timely repairs to minimize downtime.
• Read diagrams, blueprints, and manuals to guide maintenance work.
• Disassemble and reassemble machinery to manufacturer specifications.
• Install new systems and support equipment upgrades.
• Collaborate with electricians, engineers and operators to ensure integrated performance.
