Job summary

IAC Group in Arlington, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and continuous improvement on production equipment and facility systems. You will train and assist junior technicians under supervision and work with senior maintenance personnel.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems and/or injection molding equipment in a manufacturing

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience troubleshooting and repairing pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems OR experience maintaining injection molding machines and related equipment.
Ability to read and interpret hydraulic, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
High school diploma or GED required; technical training preferred.
Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
Commitment to workplace safety and proper PPE usage.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Assist senior technicians with complex repairs.
Coordinate maintenance activities to minimize downtime and maximize production efficiency.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve reliability and safety.
