Propak Corporation in Riverside, MO is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician II for 2nd shift (Mon-Thu, 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM). The role performs facility and equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventive tasks under supervision to keep production running safely and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of maintenance experience in industrial, warehouse, or manufacturing environment.
• Basic electrical knowledge; certifications a plus.
• Welding experience (arc and MIG) preferred; certification a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Vocational/trade school training or equivalent on-the-job experience preferred.
• Basic 24V DC wiring and ability to read simple schematics.
• 120V AC and 240V AC wiring, troubleshooting, and repair.
• Basic hydraulic and pneumatic systems knowledge.
• Familiarity with production tools: Sawzall, air nail guns, screw guns, electric motors.
• Basic computer proficiency: ability to process PMs, manage logs, and communicate via email.
• Mechanical troubleshooting skills with a willingness to develop advanced competencies.

Responsibilities

• Perform facility and equipment maintenance, repairs, and preventive maintenance tasks at the site level.
• Support complex tasks alongside senior maintenance staff under guidance.
• Contribute to production uptime and workplace safety by executing schedules and repairs.
