MAC Incorporated is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician II in Las Vegas, NV. The role covers installation, troubleshooting, repair of automated production equipment, and preventative maintenance to maximize uptime.

The position requires strong PLC, mechanical, electrical, and automation skills with 3+ years of experience. 12-hour shifts on 1st and 3rd shift; travel to training and 1 night shift diff apply.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician required.
• 2-year technical degree or equivalent training preferred.
• Strong PLC and automation troubleshooting experience required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics.
• Experience troubleshooting motors, pumps, conveyors, CNC machinery, drives, and controllers.
• Ability to troubleshoot PLC inputs/outputs and automated equipment.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
• PMMI, CAP, or similar industrial maintenance certification preferred.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.

Responsabilités

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial production and automated equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Maintain and troubleshoot motors, pumps, conveyors, CNC machines, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, automation, and controls-related issues.
• Troubleshoot PLC inputs/outputs, drives, controllers, sensors, and automated systems.
• Assist with installation, setup, calibration, and startup of new machinery.
• Maintain facility and infrastructure equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
• Identify repeat equipment failures and participate in RCA.
• Support and mentor entry-level Maintenance Technicians.
