CyberCoders, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for our Chicago facility on 2nd shift to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial equipment and systems, ensuring safe and continuous production.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in industrial maintenance, strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, and the ability to work independently during night shifts, supporting preventive and corrective maintenance across mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of maintenance experience in industrial settings.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Familiar with PLCs, VFDs and instrumentation troubleshooting.
• Willing to work night shifts and weekends as required.
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment including conveyors, motors, pumps, and boilers.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic failures.
• Troubleshoot control systems and coordinate with controls technicians for complex changes.
• Complete maintenance logs and part usage in CMMS or manual systems.
• Support safety, environmental standards and continuous improvement efforts.
• Assist with inventory control and contractor coordination.
