Qualifications

• Journeyman Certificate with 3–5 years in a manufacturing environment or a Technical/Vocational School diploma with 5–8 years of machine repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and modifications to production, utility, and facility equipment.
• Train others on maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems.
• Assist with project input on equipment design, parts selection, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment operation with root-cause analysis.
• Read drawings/blueprints and apply to installation/repair of equipment.
• Use precision measuring devices and machinist tools.
