Join a team focused on reliability, safety, and efficiency, performing preventative maintenance on automated equipment, diagnosing issues, and supporting production with quick repairs.

This role operates on a 14-day/month rotating 2-2-3 schedule with day-one health coverage, a 6% 401(k) match, holiday pay, and direct hire to the client's payroll.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Industrial Millwright or Electrician certification.
• Experience with metal fabrication, welding, or soldering.
• Familiarity with SAP software or CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial automated equipment, machinery, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
• Diagnose, repair, and replace electrical components, 3-phase wiring, drives, and electronic hardware.
• Perform PLC troubleshooting and diagnostic checks on automated manufacturing systems and robotics.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical diagrams, and job plans.
• Safely operate power tools, testing equipment, metalworking tools, and forklifts as required.
• Assist with facilities maintenance, including basic electrical, plumbing, grounds, and structural repairs.
