Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions is seeking a Maintenance Technician for on-site work in Medina, OH. The role focuses on preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial machinery to keep production running smoothly.

You’ll troubleshoot presses, CNC centers, robotics, and HVAC systems, and maintain precise CMMS records. This 2nd shift position offers $34–$36/hr base plus a $2/hr differential, Monday through Friday, ASAP start.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical power transmission, hydraulics, pneumatics, and welding.
• Experience with industrial controls and 480V 3-phase electrical systems; CNC equipment preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and facility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex equipment including presses, CNC centers, robotics, and HVAC.
• Carry out routine lubrication, fluid checks, and oil/filter replacements.
• Manage work orders, track parts, and update maintenance records in a CMMS.
• Analyze equipment failures to propose improvements and prevent future issues.
