Job summary

Encore Technologies in Wabash, IN is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician for the night shift. You will troubleshoot and repair production equipment, perform preventative maintenance, and support maintenance across a large industrial campus that handles melting furnaces, conveyors, dust collection systems, and other heavy machinery used in metal processing and recycling.

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability.
• Experience repairing mechanical equipment in industrial/manufacturing environments.
• Welding and fabrication skills or willingness to develop them.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment to minimize downtime.
• Maintain melting furnaces, conveyors, dust collection systems, motors, bearings, gearboxes, and pumps.
• Assist with preventative maintenance and equipment inspections.
• Install and replace mechanical components as needed.
• Perform basic electrical troubleshooting when needed.
