Job summary
Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our Dallas facility. The role involves maintaining and repairing equipment, plumbing, pneumatic, electrical, and hydraulic systems, and ensuring safety compliance across the site.
The candidate will perform routine inspections, document issues, and collaborate with a team to minimize downtime. A technical degree and 5+ years in manufacturing are preferred, with full-time hours on night shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years related experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
- Related degree from a college, technical college, or military experience.
- Skilled in use of hand and power tools; ability to disassemble machines and replace parts.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work collaboratively in a team.
- Basic mathematical skills and measurement proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Perform ongoing facility maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Repair machinery, plumbing, pneumatic, electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Inspect buildings to confirm safety standards and report major breakdowns.
