The Sheridan Group is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Tech 2 for first shift in Vermont to perform maintenance and repair of production equipment and building systems, solving moderately to highly complex issues with independence.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, at least 3 years of experience, knowledge of electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and strong safety and teamwork. Overtime and on-call may be required.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED/HiSET required.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Fundamentals of electricity.
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex equipment.
• Knowledge of building trades, pneumatics, hydraulics.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work safely and reliably.
• Willingness to overtime or be on emergency call as needed.
