Job summary

PDS Tech Commercial seeks experienced Industrial Maintenance Technicians to support a major distribution center operation in Katy/Brookshire, TX. You will maintain conveyor and sortation systems, troubleshoot motors and PLC equipment, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance in a climate-controlled facility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years industrial maintenance in manufacturing, distribution, or warehouse.
• Experience with conveyor and sortation systems preferred.
• Troubleshoot motors, sensors, relays, VFDs, and industrial controls.
• Perform preventive, corrective and major maintenance on PLC equipment.
• Understand hydraulics and pneumatics; read technical drawings/schematics.
• Use hand and power tools safely; read work orders; work independently.
• CMMS experience preferred; strong safety mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain conveyor and sortation systems in a fast-paced distribution center.
• Troubleshoot motors, sensors, relays, VFDs, and industrial controls.
• Perform preventive, corrective, and major maintenance as needed.
• Interpret schematics and technical drawings to complete repairs.
• Utilize CMMS for work orders, documentation, and planning.
• Maintain safety standards and ensure proper tool usage.
