Job summary

Monogram Foods is seeking a Maintenance Technician I to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment across production, warehouse, refrigeration, and wastewater areas. You will support facility projects, install and remove machinery, and meet production demands with flexible hours including evenings and weekends.

The role requires 2+ years in industrial maintenance, PLC/electrical troubleshooting, and the ability to interpret blueprints. OSHA/USDA/EPA guidelines apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Electrical/PLC troubleshooting experience is required.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of facility equipment (electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic).
• Diagnose malfunctions and minimize downtime across production and warehouse areas.
• Interpret blueprints, specifications, and work orders accurately.
• Support machinery installation, setup, and removal for projects.
• Adhere to safety and regulatory requirements (USDA, FDA, OSHA, EPA).
