Qualifications

• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a paper mill.
• Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to read manuals, schematics and manufacturer specs.

Responsibilities

• Safely repair and perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment.
• Assist in troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Support installation and setup of new equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections and report safety hazards.
• Document maintenance activities and coordinate with supervisors.
• Collaborate with production teams to avoid disrupting operations.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
• Participate in training programs related to paper mill operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
