The position is full-time and in-person at our facility. Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, repairs, and equipment troubleshooting, along with maintaining maintenance logs using CMMS.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in industrial maintenance or equivalent experience.
• Ability to read maintenance manuals and electrical blueprints.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a team setting.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with installation, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs of conveyors and mechanical systems.
• Apply maintenance experience to improve productivity, efficiency, and product quality.
• Maintain documentation and maintenance logs using CMMS.
• Identify equipment failures and recommend corrective actions.
• Support SOPs and related documents under supervision.
• Ensure safety compliance and participate in peak-season coverage and overtime as needed.
