Lippert Components, Inc. is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician I for the 2nd shift on weekends (Fri-Sun, 5pm-5am) in Eau Claire, WI.

The role focuses on maintaining production and facility equipment, performing preventative maintenance, and supporting new equipment installations to sustain smooth operations. Qualified candidates will have 3 years in industrial maintenance, PLC and CMMS experience, and the ability to read PLC logic.

Competenze

• Three years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Ability to read PLC logic and operate related controls.
• Strong safety and preventive maintenance practices.

Mansioni

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on production and utility equipment.
• Assist with installation of new equipment and upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to minimize downtime and document repairs in CMMS.
