Menards Inc. is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain industrial equipment across our facility in Eau Claire, WI.

You will perform preventative maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues on a variety of machines, conveyors, and robotics. Starting pay reflects experience, with higher rates for those with a qualifying degree, and a shift premium adds $3.00/hr for 2nd/3rd shifts plus weekend premiums.

Qualificações

• Mechanical aptitude and a willingness to learn.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lift up to 50–70 lbs and to use hand and power tools.

Responsabilidades

• Perform preventative maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues.
• Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, conveyors, motors, and automated equipment.
• Install and maintain equipment.
• Perform welding and fabrication, as needed.
• Help keep our facility and equipment running safely and efficiently.
