Job summary

Cintas Corporation seeks a Maintenance Technician I for the 2nd shift at our Wichita, KS location. The role involves repairing and maintaining industrial laundry equipment, including boilers, conveyors, and steam tunnels, while supporting preventive maintenance programs.

Candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience, blueprint reading ability, and a high school diploma or GED. On-site, full-time position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for skill development.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience repairing industrial processing equipment in an industrial environment or in the military.
• Ability to read maintenance literature printed in English.
• Experience with and ability to read a blueprint.
• Ability to stand for up to 7 hours in an 8 hour shift.
• High School Diploma/GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain industrial laundry facility equipment and systems including washers, dryers, steam tunnels, conveyors and boilers.
• Repair, maintain, install and troubleshoot equipment and components.
• Perform preventive/predictive maintenance and monitor safety concerns.
• Conduct indoor and outdoor housekeeping and manage inventory maintenance supplies.
• Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
