Job summary

Golden West Packaging Group is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment across our facilities. You’ll document repairs, analyze trends, and communicate issues to the maintenance manager to keep production running efficiently.

The role requires specialized training in electronics and related trades, 10+ years’ experience, and ability to read blueprints and schematics. Expect a hands-on, team-centered environment with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• Specialized training in electronics, carpentry, plumbing, HVAC, and electrical fundamentals.
• 10+ years’ experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician.
• Ability to read blueprints and electrical schematics; CPR/first aid knowledge optional.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment following all procedures.
• Document repairs, analyze trends, and improve machine reliability.
• Conduct daily visual inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Escalate unresolved issues to maintenance or engineering teams
