Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience maintaining pumps and electric motors.
• Basic knowledge of electrical systems and motor controls.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and manuals.
• Ability to work independently and in a team on a regulated food facility.
• Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic problems.
• Maintain pumps, motors, valves, piping, and process equipment.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance; document activities in CMMS.
• Assist with installations, upgrades, and improvement projects.
• Participate in root cause analysis for recurring failures.
• Follow safety procedures and work with production and quality teams.
