Job summary

Torrey Holistics in Rock City, Illinois seeks an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to maintain food processing equipment. You will troubleshoot pumps, motors, valves and piping, perform preventive/corrective maintenance, and document activities in the CMMS.

Shifts: 2nd 3:00 PM–11:00 PM and 3rd 11:00 PM–7:00 AM. Requirements: high school diploma or GED, 2+ years industrial maintenance, ability to read schematics, and good problem solving.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least two years of industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills.
• Experience maintaining industrial pumps and electric motors is a plus.
• Ability to read schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial production equipment and facility systems.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment problems.
• Maintain and repair pumps, motors, valves, piping, and process equipment.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime.
• Perform scheduled preventive and corrective maintenance.
