Job summary

Aerotek in Inglewood, CA seeks a Maintenance Technician for a contract-to-hire role in a fully onsite food and beverage facility. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, and interpret schematics and PLC/HMI diagnostics.

The position requires 2+ years of industrial maintenance, a high school diploma (technical certification preferred), CMMS experience, and HVAC/EPA 608 certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical school or trade certification preferred.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience with CMMS systems preferred.
• HVAC knowledge and EPA 608 Certification.
• Bilingual capabilities.
• Experience in food manufacturing.
• Understanding of safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on production and facility equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
• Conduct PLC/HMI diagnostics.
• Perform machine startups, shutdowns, changeovers, and equipment installations.
• Complete facility maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, and building repairs.
