Job summary

Qualifications

Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance or a similar role.
Experience with troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
Proven track record of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical problems, and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
Collaborate with other departments to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to align with production goals.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other staff members as needed.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency.
