• Collaborate with other departments to schedule and prioritize maintenance tasks to align with production goals.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment and systems.
• Provide technical support and training to junior technicians and other staff members as needed.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and efficiency.

Job Purpose:

• The NB Maintenance Tech at NORTHERN PELAGIC GROUP LLC is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of equipment and facilities. This role is crucial in minimizing downtime and enhancing productivity by performing regular inspections, troubleshooting issues, and implementing effective maintenance strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
