Pilgrim's is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic to maintain, repair, and test mechanical equipment across our facilities. You will read drawings, estimate part needs, and work with production to diagnose issues while following safety standards.

This role requires basic math skills and the ability to handle standard and metric measurements, with weekend shifts as needed. High school diploma or GED is required, and prior industrial maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• 1–2 years industrial maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of industrial manufacturing equipment.
• General mathematics ability for job tasks.
• Ability to read and interpret documents and drawings.
• Basic knowledge of standard and metric measures.
• Must be able to work assigned days/shifts, including some weekends.

Aufgaben

• Construct, maintain and test mechanical equipment and components.
• Identify parts or machines needing new or replacement parts.
• Use shop mathematics to complete assignments.
• Interpret drawings to adjust, maintain or repair machinery.
• Respond to production area requests for mechanical issues.
• Communicate with management to diagnose problems and potential issues.
• Perform preventive maintenance.
• Complete tasks accurately and efficiently in time and with resources.
