Job summary

HW Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to join our manufacturing team in Massachusetts. You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment to minimize downtime and keep the line running smoothly.

You will read blueprints and schematics, work with PLC controls, motors, and pneumatics, and use precision tools to diagnose and repair equipment. Strong safety mindset and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in industrial maintenance or manufacturing repair.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of PLC controls, motors, pneumatics, and electromechanical systems.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Experience using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment.
• Mechanical Technician certification preferred.
• Forklift and lifting equipment experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for most of the shift.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and safety-conscious.

Responsibilities
