Job summary
Techo-Bloc in Lehigh Valley, PA, is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to keep production equipment running safely and reliably. The role focuses on mechanical repair, electrical troubleshooting, and contributing to plant reliability.
You will troubleshoot motors, gearboxes, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and VFD drives, perform welding and fabrication (MIG & stick), install new equipment, and document preventative maintenance. This is a role with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years in Electromechanics or industrial maintenance.
- Proficient with power tools and measurement devices.
- Experience with stick and MIG welding.
- Ability to read schematics and diagrams.
- Capable of working with 480v/120v/24v systems.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components.
- Diagnose hydraulic systems and build hydraulic hoses.
- Perform welding and fabrication repairs (MIG & stick).
- Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics and meters.
- Install and align new equipment with hoists and precision tools.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety procedures.
