Job summary

Techo-Bloc USA is seeking an experienced Electro-Mechanical Technician to keep production equipment running safely and reliably. You’ll handle mechanical repair and electrical troubleshooting, diagnosing issues beyond part swapping, and support continuous improvement across the plant.

Based in Douglassville, PA, you’ll work Monday through Thursday, 4:30 AM to 4:30 PM, earning $33–$40 per hour with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ experience in Electromechanics or Industrial Maintenance.
• Proficient with power tools, measuring devices, lathe/mill equipment.
• Experience with bearing heaters, interference fits, gear boxes or seized bearings/shafts.
• Welding experience: MIG & stick.
• Fabrication and welding repairs.
• Electrical skills and troubleshooting of IOs, relays, contactors.
• Able to read schematics/diagrams.
• Experience with 480vAC, 120vAC, 24vDC, 4-20mA systems.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and replace mechanical components (motors, gearboxes, conveyors, bearings).
• Diagnose and repair hydraulic systems and build hydraulic hoses as needed.
• Perform welding and fabrication repairs (MIG & stick) in various positions.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues using schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Install and align new equipment using hoists and precision tools.
• Maintain VFDs, PLCs, SCADA, and HMI systems.
