Job summary

MCC is seeking a Maintenance Tech/Electrician in Fullerton, CA. The role ensures electrical schematics/instrumentation are current, troubleshoots during downtime, and handles preventive maintenance.

Compensation ranges from $28.00 to $33.00 hourly with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance and 401(k). Requires ability to lift up to 50 pounds and read schematics; multi-tasking and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year experience in electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic maintenance.
• Reading electrical schematics; vocational cert preferred.
• Basic computer literacy required.
• Ability to multi-task and perform physical duties up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment.
• Perform scheduled maintenance during machine service across shifts.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S in production areas.
• Maintain and repair facility equipment.
