Job summary

Dauch Corporation is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep critical production machinery running at peak performance. You will work with cross-functional teams including production, facilities, materials, and engineering to meet production goals and support long-term facility growth.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting of CNC machines, robotics, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, with a strong emphasis on safety, accuracy, and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience maintaining CNC machines, hydraulic and pneumatic production equipment, industrial robotics, and high/low voltage electrical systems
• Safety-first mindset with strong attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance with safety and quality first mindset
• Diagnose, repair, and troubleshoot machinery as part of a cross-functional team
• Troubleshoot CNC machines, robotics, electrical equipment, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems
• Review work orders and document repairs in the work log
• Complete and close work orders; initiate follow-up maintenance if needed
• Rebuild, repair or reassemble machines and equipment
• Use test equipment (AC/DC voltmeters, OHM meters) to diagnose issues
• Perform preventative/predictive maintenance on production equipment
