Job summary
Electrical Automation Services is seeking a skilled Electromechanical Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility in Montgomery, AL. On-site in Wetumpka, this role covers troubleshooting, maintaining, and improving electrical, controls, and electromechanical systems across the plant.
The ideal candidate has strong industrial electrical skills, experience with automated equipment, and a focus on safety and reliability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing, brewery, distillery, beverage, food processing, packaging, or consumer products.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.
- Experience troubleshooting automated manufacturing equipment in a production environment.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, and automated production equipment.
- Perform PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
- Utilize SAP/CMMS to document work orders and equipment history.
- Lead root cause analyses and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment and capital projects.
