Job summary

Electrical Automation Services in Montgomery, AL is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to support a high-speed distillery and beverage production facility. You will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, control, and electromechanical systems across the plant.

The role emphasizes safety, quality, and operational excellence, with experience in PLCs, VFDs, SAP/CMMS, and hands-on problem solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Journeyman Electrician or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in industrial maintenance in manufacturing/beverage environments.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical, control circuits, motors, VFDs, PLCs, and instrumentation.
• Perform PM, PdM, and corrective maintenance on plant equipment.
• Diagnose failures with schematics and PLC logic.
• Support production to minimize downtime and maintain asset reliability.
• Assist with installation, commissioning, startup, and validation of new equipment.
