Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Lead Multiskilled Technician IV for our team in Waukesha, WI. The role operates AWS nights, from 6pm to 6am, handling responsive maintenance on pumps, motors, PLCs, CNC machines, robotics, and more in an industrial setting.

You will troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues, read blueprints, and perform preventive and corrective maintenance while ensuring safety and quality across production lines. Background in industrial maintenance is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment.
• Ability to operate aerial lift or scissor lift up to 30 feet.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot pumps, bearings, fans, gearboxes, air handlers, and similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production equipment and perform preventive maintenance.
• Read blueprints, schematics, and manuals to support repairs.
• Operate production machines and maintain production records.
• Perform quality checks and other duties as assigned.
