Job summary
Aerotek is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician for our Vonore, TN site. The role focuses on maintaining and repairing a wide range of industrial equipment, including mills, lathes, grinders, washers, and assembly lines, with emphasis on electronic, electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
Successful candidates will read and interpret electrical schematics, diagnose three-phase electrical systems, and troubleshoot PLCs, CNC machines, servo and stepper motors.
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial maintenance with mills, lathes, grinders, washers, and assembly lines.
- Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Experience diagnosing three-phase electrical systems.
- Familiarity with relay ladder logic.
- PLC and CNC programming/troubleshooting.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair industrial production equipment (mills, lathes, grinders, washers, and assembly lines).
- Read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot three-phase systems and circuits.
- Work with relay ladder logic and PLC/CNC equipment.
- Troubleshoot PLCs, CNC machines, motors including servo and stepper.
- Diagnose AC/DC drives and gearboxes.
- Repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
