Jobot is partnering with a leading Tier-1 automotive manufacturer in the greater Knoxville area. This facility uses advanced automation, CNC machining, robotics, and assembly systems to produce critical components for the automotive industry.

As production grows, the maintenance team keeps equipment running safely, efficiently, and reliably. The Maintenance Technician role is in Vonore, TN, on-site, offering $28-$36/hr with OT.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Experience troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems.
• Ability to read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Knowledge of PLC troubleshooting, relay logic, and three-phase power.
• Experience with VFDs, AC/DC drives, and servo motors.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated production equipment
• Diagnose electrical systems, PLCs, CNC controls, drives, and servo motors
• Read and interpret electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics
• Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Perform mechanical repairs on gearboxes, bearings, ball screws, rails, and related components
• Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance to maximize equipment uptime
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and equipment modifications
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
