Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of industrial maintenance or equivalent training/experience.
• Technical certificate or degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair automated production/packaging equipment.
• Perform preventive maintenance and document results in CMMS.
• Support line changes and startups by addressing mechanical causes of defects.
• Identify failures and suggest corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Assist with reliability efforts and root-cause problem solving.
