Job summary

Georgia-Pacific LLC's Camden, NJ facility is seeking motivated maintenance professionals to join our team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment and help drive safety and reliability in a high‑volume plant.Shifts are 2nd (3:00 PM–11:00 PM) and 3rd (11:00 PM–7:00 AM). Schedule is Monday–Friday, with Saturdays as needed. Compensation includes $34.31/hour and a $5,000 sign‑on bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

1+ year of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent.
Experience troubleshooting bearings, chains, sprockets, gearboxes and conveyors.
Maintenance technical degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on mechanical systems.
Troubleshoot, repair and upgrade equipment to minimize downtime.
Install and align new machinery with precision tools.
Maintain maintenance logs including labor hours.
Identify and prioritize maintenance needs with the operations team.
Read mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
Work in a loud, non-climate-controlled industrial environment for extended periods.
