Job summary

Georgia-Pacific facility in Camden, NJ is seeking motivated maintenance professionals to join the team. You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance, drive a safety-focused culture, and work with a collaborative operations team to minimize downtime and meet production goals.

Shifts include 2nd and 3rd, with hours 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM respectively. Compensation includes $34.31/hr and a $5,000 sign-on bonus, with a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance experience in industrial setting or related field.
• Experience troubleshooting bearings, chains, gearboxes, conveyors.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime.
• Promote safety and engage crew in safety practices.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive/predictive maintenance.
• Install and align new equipment using precision tools.
• Lubricate and maintain machine tools for reliability.
• Maintain maintenance logs including labor hours and PM findings.
• Identify and prioritize maintenance needs to support production goals.
• Collaborate with operations to meet production/quality targets.
• Read mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics.
• Work in a loud, industrial environment and perform physical tasks.
