Job summary

Plastipak is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Massachusetts to repair, monitor, and evaluate equipment breakdowns and keep blow molding and injection molding lines running smoothly. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement in a team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment.
• Solid hydraulics, pneumatics and electrical knowledge with strong troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to interpret technical and operational documents, including manuals and blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and perform maintenance for blow molding & injection molding equipment to assure uninterrupted & optimal operations.
• Execute and continuously improve preventative maintenance procedures.
• Repair and rebuild spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and procedures.
• Expand expertise through formal training and on-the-job experiences, including equipment installation and modification projects.
