Altium Packaging is seeking a fully competent Industrial Maintenance Technician in Turners Falls, MA for 12hr-D shifts. You will repair, maintain, and optimize blow mold equipment, palletizers, and related machinery while upholding GMP standards.

The role requires basic math, pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge, and attention to detail. You will perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and component replacements, with opportunities to operate molds or injection machines.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• Basic pneumatics and hydraulics knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Install, adjust and repair blow mold, trimmers, palletizer and related equipment.
• Perform mold, neck tooling changes, pin and other equipment changes.
• Inspect and replace pneumatic and hydraulic hoses.
• Inspect, rebuild and replace valves and pumps.
• Perform preventive maintenance on all related equipment.
• Maintain machines in optimal processing condition.
• Weld, fabricate, and repair various machines.
• Troubleshoot and repair blow mold, baggers & support equipment.
• May operate blow mold or injection machines.
• Communicate with other departments regularly.
